damn anyone know what happened ?
One of the owners of a LFS right by my house, who carried DSA, mentioned this to me over the weekend and I was quite surprised. I think he said it was the result of litigation, but I'm not sure about what.
sublime I hope you get your tank or $ back, if you used a CC they certainly should take care you. it is not like PP where they will only refund you once they get the chargeback processed, typically the bank will eat the money if they cannot recover it.
sadly it looks like the options for large custom glass tanks are dwindling.

Anyone know if the back panel on the 225 or 190 can be drilled?

you should be fine drilling the back panel, drilled mine for ghost overflow and everything was fine.

I just got my dsa 225 pro and the concern was is the top frame is 3 pieces. None of the 4 miter joints are fused. Just wonder if anyone else has seen this on there tank. kinda scary . hope that black silicone holds the glass together .Thanks

7 yrs with my tank. Inside of canopy same problem.
But I like it otherwise. My question is, since DSA long gone, how can I fix it?
Can I just sand the flaking wood and then seal it?
