Does anybody know of a list that distinguishes these from the others? Names they might go by? Thanks. :)

LA Lakers, emeralds on fire, to name a few.

you used to be able to buy colonies of these when they first came in. then when got named... you know what happens after that.

What about the Hornets? Are there a lot of deep water zoanthids on the market?

Somebody was just telling me that they prefer cooler waters and subdued lighting. This sounds accurate, but I wish I knew which ones he was talking about. Oh well..

There so many DPZ that are named multiple names now its' not even funny.

I was able to keep my colonies of DPZs before under 8 T5HO no problem. Only lost all my colonies as a frag I got from either a store or fellow reefer came with Pox and infected the whole tank. For some reason those wild DPZ colonies I got when they first started flooding the market did not do well with Furan 2 dipping while all my other polyps got thru it and got cured. I lost literally softball sized colonies of every colored DPZ.

Back then I was buying colonies and not 1-5 polyp frags that you see now a days. I would get them where they got chipped off the rock, or they were taking the Zoanthid mat off the rock. that's how some were by passing that law I believe. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong.
