Desjardini Tang

Yup. It sometimes takes a little training from another fish that already eats nori off of the clip, but mine took straight to it...

Be prepared, though. They will run other fish off of the clip once they get used to it. I usually have to use more than one clip. He drives himself crazy trying to eat off of all of the clips.

great, I have a magnificent fox face that loves the clip of nori. Hey by chance can you put 2 fox face in a 250 or will they kill each other?

I have found new saifins to be a bit timid initially, and can take a week or so to begin eating. Kind of ironic, because once established, they can be a bully as they grow. My Desjardini is the largest fish in my tank and actually tries to attack my arm if I get too close.

I don't think it'll work out too well, even in that sized tank. If they are babies and introduced at the same time, it may work for a little while, but I wouldn't risk it...

I have a foxface along with a desjardini, yellow, purple, and kole in a 225g. When I put up a mirror to introduce new fish, the existing foxface either goes nuts, or goes into hiding. Normally it goes nuts...

yeah so far the chevron and the foxface are buddies and the blue trigger does his own thing. Maybe a sailfin and that's it for fish, move on to a few corals then.
