I did not, I was not willing to pay 149 for it not knowing for sure.. It mentioned green in the description, so I was not sure... but they dropped the price to 79 and it sold pretty quick, o well.

Look at the green polyps around the base. That's a NO NO! Unless they have some weird lighting over it.

DFS true oregon Tort this is not cool. They have given it its Owen name after there store omg now I have seen it all.

I just toured the LiveAquaria facility a couple weeks ago and saw all of their Oregon Tort frags (amongst others), as well as the parent colonies they frag from. I can assure you this is indeed a true oregon tort, and looked fantastic. I choose to get a purple monster instead of the oregon tort, however.

DFS has a colony of Oregon Tort, as well as Tyree Purple monster. I believe they are the real deal. Why don't you ask them on their own sponsor page I'm sure thy will let you know the linage of the coral they are selling.

Damn over priced. I got mine from my LFS at 2-3 inches for $30.00. And it looks exactly like that, green/blue polyps. Except it's a Cali Tort not an Oregon.

I believe it is the real-deal. I picked up a frag from DFS about 2 months ago. Although my frag is at least twice the size as the one in the link from the OP. The frag was solid blue right out of the bag. Healthy and still holding color.

Keep your eyes peeled, they will post larger fragments for the exact same price (not the sale price but 149.99).

This is off-topic but look out for the ATL Red Granulosa from DFS. It's another gem that's a must-have!
