Did anyone else buy those black turbos when in Rhinelander?

Mine have been dropping off like flies since I got them.
Some of them never moved after I put them in my tank. Just layed there and died.
I wonder how long they had them sitting in those bags?

I'm gonna call them and ask about the guarantee and see how much to ship some new ones.

I think they have a 14 day guarantee. As of yet I have not seen any of mine dead. KNOCK ON WOOD.

Yeah they do guarantee but shipping might not be worth getting more although they can send them ground.

I have other turbos that are fine and I did acclimate them.
I think they were prolly in those bags for quite awhile. They did'nt have any in the displays to buy when I got mine.
I looked through the bags and picked some lively ones but the girl had already put some in my box so I put them back doh.

Funny I bought a wrasse with popeye thinking it might die and it got better in a few days. I thought the turbos would be ok and they arent lol.

Sorry to hear tour snails are not doing well.
I bought a bag of them and what I noticed is that they don't move around the tank as fast as my other species of Turbo's do. Mine also like to sit above the water line for whatever reason.
I have not noticed them dead though which is a good thing.

Most or all of mine died.
They did give me credit but I really wanted more snails.
They said they don't have any there in Rhinelander they come from Cali. I dunno what they did with the box of them left.
At least I got credit though.

Some of mine went to the top at first also but most hardly moved around.
I also got nassarius that day and I think those are fine.
