Did anyone take photos/videos of the DIY rock demo today?

I'm working on a project for my Eng 102 class and would like to add photos or videos of today's diy rock demo. If anyone took any I would love to add them to my project instead of adding images and videos from someone else.

Were you not able to go? What are the details of your project?

No I wasn't able to go. We planned a camping trip a month ago to Ashurst Lake. I have to make a video or slideshow on something I'd like people to be aware of. I will be doing my project on coral reef crisis's. I will be highlighting all the different ways that we can save our underwater resources by showing the live rock demo and I'll be taking a short video of my 300g since 90% of my corals are frags from other hobbyists and half of my fish are aqua cultured.

I took some but won't get a chance to see how it turned out until later tonight or tomorrow. I'm a novice at this so I don't want to say I have some before I find out. I'll post once I find out.

When is your project due?

For your project you might want to consider how PROP contributes to reducing the harvest of corals by propagating and growing them out here in the valley for the local reef community.

My project is due tonight at midnight, but I have a few days to turn it in without late points. Jason gave me some photobucket pictures, but I think having the video from today and describing how our local group takes part would be fantastic. I was definitely going to put something in about our group! I love to be able to brag about our group! Even better I get to do a project on something I love!!

Cutting things a little close are we?... lol

OK. I took a quick look to see what's there. Looks like there may be some decent stuff. It's about 35 minutes worth and the video file size is 6.7 gigs in 1920x1080 MOV format. I convert it to MP4 before editing. The conversion will take a while for that much video as does editing. Then uploading to YouTube. That will take easily over an hour.

The best bet would be for some screen shots. I can't do that right now as I'm in the middle of acclimating some corals. Maybe in a couple of hours. PM me your email address and some more specific details of what you're after so I know what to zero in on. I know that will be hard to do since you weren't there.

I'll post these and whatever else turns out on the club's website forum when I get it finished. Pictures sooner than the video. Shane would be posting the video if it turns out.

Story of my life!! :lmao:
We went camping this week. Just got back into to town this afternoon
I have it partially ready, but wanted to replace it with our groups images and video instead of the stuff that's on the net. To me, that's generic since I'm really part of a group that is doing what my thesis is on.
Thanks a bunch. Don't stay up late on my behalf though.
