Copperbanded Butterfly ( I am hoping for the best)

180 gallon with 75 sump

The tank will be SPS dominant with some LPS (Favias and Acan mostly)
 
I don't think there's much to "rating a bio-load". A well set up tank can hold a lot more fish than anyone would want to look at; if stocked slowly. The fish may "live" in your tank, but never "thrive". there is a big difference. When all of these fish are adults; IMO, the tank will just look crowded and unnatural. Fish are also much more likely to have wars; cramped quarters = aggression. Your Regal tang (like the Naso, mentioned above) will need more space too. An adult Regal that has lived for years in adequate space looks like a different species that has spent years being cramped and without enough swimming room.
 
I'd lose the naso and hippo, and add something a bit less submarine-like :). Maybe a pair of Genicanthus angels or pyramid butterflies....
