Did my flower spawn or is this guy a problem?

I have seen him when he was really small but haven't seen him in a long time. I found him a few weeks ago sitting up on top of a rock by the top of the water under a power head. Anyone know what it is?

Hes really pretty when I turn off the powerhead.

Doesn't look like any pest anemones I've ever heard of, but tough to say from the pics.

almost looks like some sort of zoo. do you have any in the tank. see if you can get better pictures.

Nah its not a zoa the little guy moves around. He looks like a flower anemone to me I will try and get better pics of him. Thanks for the replys

Could be a Majano. Are the tips pink?

nah just a green center so far, he is still really small though.

It look very similar to the little anemones that I have in a couple of my tanks. They are not as bad as aptasia, but they do reproduce quickly and sting things like zoas and corals. They are not easy to kill. I would say get rid of it while you still can.

Majano is my guess. Pretty but they can reproduce really fast once they get started. I kept mine until I had 2 then said I have heard too many horror stories of 2/8/16 and so on and so on so I gave him a big squirt and his little brother of boiling water with a turkey baster.....no actually that didn't work so I gave up that live rock and just boiled it. No more Majano's.
