Just saw it the other night in the theatre...wont be there much longer. Sure Al Gore is rather boring as a politician, but with that said, it was an excellent and captivating presentation. How many feature length movies are in a theatre as a documentary on global warming? Most info I on the subject I have seen on this in one complete sitting. The entire movie was made using Apple Keynote and Avid software on an Apple G5. Politics aside, reefers as well as all organisms on the planet are stakeholders...maintaining a political skepticism is always a good idea. Check it out before its out of theatres... good to show support at box office for a movie of this subject.

There are plenty of feature length documentaries in theatres. See Michael Moore. They all basically have the same political message through different social topics.

I am surprised they didn't hold this movie longer until the elections were closer.

You want to see a scarier movie they should have one on Medicaid and Social Security and the budget issues. Or how about the average consumer debt that americans hold (primarily due to expensive hobbies) :)

That is some scary stuff!!

this really upsets me...how can you say al gore is not an interesting politician??!! Didnt you see the saturday night live episode he was in!!?? a man that can make out with his wife life that on national TV and not be scared, whoa he has my vote :)

hehehe

Note: I do hate to see a younger generation made afraid of the future---in my day, it was 2 superpowers threatening each other with nuclear war in every headline; and it scares people so badly they don't want to try to cope. Particularly the young get negative and scared and don't want to think about it.

I deal in science. Don't panic. It's time for doing: and there is plenty that can be done without pulling the lid on the human race and declaring the future has been all used up, sorry, kids. It's a matter of using what we know and doing something about the problems...doesn't matter if some things are natural or not natural cycles: what needs to be dealt with can be dealt with.

Too bad for Al Gore I have a brain and can form my own educated opinion. And that is.......he's an idiot! No how much the U.S. tries to shape the world it just won't ever happen. Too many 3rd world countries with no money. Nuff Said!

If mother nature decide to erace entirely the face of this planet so that it can heal and start over again. I believe can happen again. Its been done before , just a matter of time. If we , the people dont do our part to make this planet a better place, we, our kids ,our kids children, and so on, might not see another light on the horizon. End of human kind, whats next? we end right here, we dont know.:(
