different chaetomorpha sp.!?!?

I order chaetomorpha sp from two different people on ebay. The two look similar, but one is much thicker than the other and feels more rubbery than the other. Why is that?!!?

also, one of the dude kept brine shrimp in with the macro. Is it possible to keep brine in a fuge?!?

Hey hobowire,

Under different lighting and nutrient conditions the same species of chaetomorpha can look rather different. I'm sure there are several species in the genus also. Are you sure those were true brine shrimp in w/ the chaetomorpha and not mysis shrimp? I don't think bring would establish / reproduce well as they are somewhat fragile bodied.
