yeah i would get the tester and figure out best that you can. then subtract that from the total bill then divide by four and i think they might be happier.

On my TECO bill I have:


Energy Cost: 1441 kWh @ .0496 kWr

Fuel Cost: 1441 kWh @ .05922 kWr


So if I add both of these up (which is .10882) is that what I pay total per kilowatt hour? I am assuming it is but just want to be sure.

plus taxes and whatever else they can slide on the side.

actually you should have a rate for 0-1000 kw used and then a higher rate above it.

No, I think I just have a flat rate because it doesn't say anything about charging me more. Unless they are just doing it and not telling me or I am missing it on the bill.

ok, so you pay a service fee then the fuel fee as well? in that case my tank probably cost like 60 bucks a month.. man i really need to switch to T5s. i think im just going to buy a million rats and have them run on wheels to generate my power...

well mike maybe you are right I didn't see you are in tampa , maybe it's different there. in pinellas, at least everyone of the 6 or 7 places I have lived here they charge more over 1000 kw. good for you then.
