yeah i would get the tester and figure out best that you can. then subtract that from the total bill then divide by four and i think they might be happier.
No, I think I just have a flat rate because it doesn't say anything about charging me more. Unless they are just doing it and not telling me or I am missing it on the bill.

well mike maybe you are right I didn't see you are in tampa , maybe it's different there. in pinellas, at least everyone of the 6 or 7 places I have lived here they charge more over 1000 kw. good for you then.
