Direct flow bad?

I have a ritteri anemone that decided to park itself right in front of an MP40. Im guessing he volunteraly wants to be there, but hes really getting blown around. hes firmly attached to the rock though. Is it ok for him to get direct flow?

How long has he been parked there? They usually avoid hard flow but maybe he's looking for more light? I would let him be with a careful eye.

Okay...Ritteri anemone really LOVE high flow!In the wild they like to be blown around by it quite a bit!Ritteris generaly dont ever avoid high flow. They always tend to move towards the flow.I will say he might be looking for more light and flow but this shouldnt hurt him at all!I would let him be and let him stay there!

Thanks,

Light may be the issue here because two of my bulbs on my 8 bulb tek arnt working. Its not the bulb, but the unit itself. I have contacted sunlight supply, awaiting for them to get back to me. I am looking at a 6 bulb ati unit. I may order that in the near future.

But as long as the flow is not harming him thats good.

Ok thanks.

Im not to sure yet. What happends is 2 of the six bulbs turn on for like a split second, and then they die out. It isnt the bulbs, I have moved them into two of the working sockets. But as of now my 8 bulb unit is being used with only six bulbs. Im going to get a better unit anyway, but I would like sls to fix this one.

Hummm..Ive had a friends tank do this with haildes I might just caller up and see what they done to fix it!
