If you have been to a swap you have seen Dirk, he is the guy with all the books and the massive dry good selection. If you have been in the hobby for a while he certainly has helpped you out with a deal or two. He certainly has helpped the club over the years. I have known him for several years and there isnt many nicer than he. Well his truck was stollen in Cincinnati before a swap. Packed to the rim the way only Dirck can. If you are willing to help be the eyes and ears of an impromptu task force please send PM me your email and I will send you details. While it is unlikely this stuff will be for sale locally the internet is vast and anyone could stumble onto his stuff.
The concept of "pay it forward" runs strong in this hobby and now is a chance for all of us to rally in support of a friend to many. I hope to hear from several of you soon

Who steals from Dirk??? I hope whoever did it gets charged to fullest extent of the law... People are just LOW.
 
Haven't spoken to him in a few days but at that point there hadn't. He was still processing this loss and getting the word out
 
Well his truck was found. Everything gone except a Doc Dre CD not his of course. Crime lab is hoping to pull prints and Dirk moves on and will be in Cleveland for a swap. There isn't many places to drump/sell that large of a pile of goods with out being noticed. Best we can do is continue to support dirk with our dallors. Buy from him he ships you know
