Disease or no?

I have 4 anthias that I put through the tank trasfer method. Prazi pro on transfer 2 and 4. Now they are in quarantine. Still on the First week.

The male has a couple tiny white dots, all of them are swimming and eating fine.

Disease, or is he good?

Dots are on his head near his eye.

doesn't look like any of the nasty things like ich or velvet. keep an eye on it.. could be damage to scales from TTM. see if more appear or if the fish starts behaving like it's sick... if all appears good for a few weeks then I'd guess damaged scales..

I have a clownfish with a damaged scale that has been in my dt for a couple months now. Do they ever heal?

I could be wrong about this, no marine biologist.. but I believe it depends on how badly damaged. I believe they have to fall out for them to regrow new ones, as fish don't molt from what I've read.. and sometimes they never regrow lost scales, usually they do..

Sounds logical. So it isn't really a big deal then?
