Good Samaritan diver. I like it!

As a fisherman I can say his unhooking technique was poor. Should have stopped leading the fish around by the hook and popped the hook out. 1 min 50 seconds of holding the hook and 15 seconds of removing it, which should have been 5. One should strive to minimize contact with the fish and stress during removal.

The hook is a large circle hook which is often used for live bait presentations. By the size, it was intended for much larger fish than the puffer.
