Diver's Den vent

I have been instructed that if I wish to add additional items to Diver's Den orders, I need to request that the order remain open, then call (rather than order online) to have items added before it ships. Several times now the item(s) I wanted to add were sold while I was waiting on hold for a representative to help me. This is extremely frustrating. Tonight, it was an Aussie gonastrea that I knew would go quickly...and I wanted with a passion...but I adhered to the request...and it sold. Very, very frustrating. There has to be a better way.:mad:

I had two other items I intended to add to my order as well...but I just said forget it, too frustrating.

Thank you for your Diver's Den order and post. We apologize for the inconvenience this causes you and also the disappointment of not being able to order the additional corals. At this time we are only able to add new items to Diver’s Den orders “on-hold” over the phone. Placing a new order on-line would incur an additional shipping charge, which is why we ask that our customers call us to add to their orders, as this saves the customer any additional shipping charges.

We apologize for the frustration this has caused you and we would appreciate it if you could PM us with your order information. We appreciate your suggestions and we have forwarded these onto our Aquatic Management team for their review.

We currently have an Aussie Closed Brain Coral Goniastrea, however it is pink. Would you like us to place an order for this item?
