I have been instructed that if I wish to add additional items to Diver's Den orders, I need to request that the order remain open, then call (rather than order online) to have items added before it ships. Several times now the item(s) I wanted to add were sold while I was waiting on hold for a representative to help me. This is extremely frustrating. Tonight, it was an Aussie gonastrea that I knew would go quickly...and I wanted with a passion...but I adhered to the request...and it sold. Very, very frustrating. There has to be a better way.
I had two other items I intended to add to my order as well...but I just said forget it, too frustrating.
