DIY Biopellet Reactor

So i have decided to build a new DIY biopellet reactor.

The idea:
Using a 3 inch pvc pipe. Due to the fact that clear pve pipe is so dang expensive figured id attempt to do something new (havent seen one like this before)

Taking a 3in pvc pipe and cut 1/3 of the middle of the pipe out long ways. Then taking a 1/8 clear acrylic and baking it in the oven until bendable. making a viewing window. sealing the acrylic to the pvc.

cool idea and DIY. What are you usingto bond the acrylic to the PVC? Getting a leak proof seal between the two materials might be tricky.

FuGu2: I used pvc glue and it bonded it very nicely i then took locktight aquarium silicon and ran a bead around the pvc and acrylic.

e55driver: I put it on the inside so the pressure from the water would push against the silicon making a tighter seal.

I sealed it up and it has been holding water for the past 5 days with no leaks so between the pvc glue and the silicon. it has made a very nice seal.
