DIY Guru's - i've got a project for you!

Well, i ran across this thread on the lighting/equip page here on RC and was interested. What do you guys think? Possilbe DIY, but how is this thing controllable? More info is available
here on their website. I've seen the SeaSwirl DIY'd, but do you think that this one is possible?

It is a seaswirl IMO, just smaller with a contoler

But you can control the rotation degree (including 360 degrees) and rotation speed.

very ture, but when you are DIY your own you can set how fsat you want and the angle you want

This accomplished by the use of a stepper motor.
