DIY Radion Hanging solutions?

Can you use #10-32 x 1/2" screws instead of 3/8" for the radions mount? The 3/8" are impossible to find in stock at the big box stores and cost more to ship them then to buy what you need.

Just Home Depot and Lowes but I will give Fastenal a try. What do you use the T-Nuts for?

For wood, it presses into the wood, you will never break the nut through the wood.
The nuts are place on top of the cabinet. You screw the bolt underneath it.

Its how I mounted the entire assembly to the top cabinet.

Personally, I went with these stainless steel clips from HD. Cost about $15. No, it's not moveable, but I didn't really need that. By far the cheapest & easiest option I could come up with.

mutual friend of ours made it. my design was plain, this turned out much better
