Wow didn't know you lost them

Did they come in with velvet?

No. I suspect velvet but am not 100% with the timeline it fits though. Ate the night before then laying on their sides breathing heavy... Dead before lights off. Never seen any fish survive after laying on it's side. I did 100% water changes in between with no help. All started with a misbar regal that came in. That was the first to die 3-4 days after arrival. The tank had a low level of CP in it but not the full dose because I had done a 50g water change on a 150g total QT system.

So the next thing to address is what to do about the top wall/canopy area. The 2x4s are treated lumber but I worry about the drywall and also the ceiling above the tank. I was thinking about some marine application paint or kils or similar, thoughts?

I used this on the walls in my fish room and wish I had known about it when I was building my stand. This stuff goes on great and creates a nice finish that is easy to clean. Its not cheap at about $80 a gallon but IMO worth every penny!

Haha, you see that did you? Want you can't see is all the craft beer bottles littered around my basement! Bud light only occurs after "several" of the craft beers, and sometimes not at all
