Title pretty much says it all but I believe my fish might have flukes. It is showing many symptoms and I gave it a fesh water dip which is supposed to make flukes fall off and turn opaque. After the dip there was a small yellowish speck floating on the surface of the water. I'm just wondering if the flukes would be sitting on the bottom of the container or floating on the surface of the water so I can accurately diagnose the problem. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Do flukes sink or float after a freshwater dip?

They float around in the water for a few minutes but eventually sink to the bottom. I've described them as looking like little contact lenses.
