Do I feed my live rock and it's creatures?

Hi,
I have my live rock, in it's tank, it's in there alone. Now should I feed the tank? I have a hermit crab that came with it and some bristle worms and a couple of tube worms, or atleast that's what they look like to me. Very tiny ones.

Any way, I did give it some food today, a tiny cube of the phyto plankton, frozen. I turned off the filter and just let it blow around with the power head for about 1/2 an hour. Didn't want the filter to eat it all!

So, it's in a 30 gallon tank, it's for this rock only. Live sand on the bottom. It's only 20 lbs of rock. I have a skimmer in the tank, and a Koralia 1 power head. T5 HO lighting.

This is my second tank, it's kind of an experiement.

You have both Parts or just the first part of the package?

You can dose the tank with Phyto to feed. Do you have anything else in the tank other than just LR?

Hi,
I did. I gave it one cube of Reef Plankton. Then turned off the filter while the power head moved it all around.

Then after half an hour, put the filter back on and left it alone.
