Do the common aquarium shrimp get along?

I am thinking about putting several types of shrimp in my 20g reef, namely a Skunk, a Pistol, and a group of Sexys (not necessarily all). I know that they are all considered fairly friendly to other inhabitants, but not sure about with eachother...

Do these shrimp species generally get along?
What about with others (ie. peppermint shrimp, fire shrimp, etc.)?
Do any shrimp species NOT get along?

Any input is appreciated,
Thanks!

I have a blood, coral banded and peppermint shrimp all in the same 20g. No problems there. I also have a pistol in a different tank but thats it for shrimp in there. He's paired with my goby.

I've had a pair of large Alpheus armatus pistol shrimp a few sexy shrimp and a Pereclimenes living with a Bartholamea (curlicue) anemone for nearly two years.
No problem.

I would stay away from a pistol shrimp, just to be safe. There are different opinions on their compatibility with other shrimp, but I think they are not safe with many shrimp, especially in a small tank. They are very likely to kill and eat your sexy shrimp, and there have been incidents when they eat larger shrimp right after a molt when they are most vulnerable.

Other than that, all the other shrimp will get along. Peppermints, skunk cleaners, sexy shrimp. and you could even get anemone shrimps. But you may notice occaisionally that the larger skunk cleaners or fire shrimp become aggressive towards other peppermints, or any other shrimp besides sexy shrimp (they are too small to see for my skunk cleaners).

Make sure the shrimp you add are similar in size when you add them. I added two smaller peppermint shrimp in with my 2 larger skunk cleaners. Well the skunks killed and ate the small peps in less than a day. I would add the smallest first, and then get the larger ones really small, and add them last.
