Did my first ever cal, mag, all test. Using red sea pro kit and will use ABC foundations to dose. Here is what I got with salinity at 35 ppt:

Ca: 380
Mag: 1360
Alk: 10.4

Only have LPSand ssofties for now. Do those results seem plausible togetherThThinking I want to be at:

Ca: 440
Mag:1310
Alk: 12.1

Sound good?

With the exception of Mg, I keep my param's around the "Typical Surface Ocean Value" in this article. The Mg is at 1350 due to the salt mix I used(IORC).

Of the existing numbers, I'd look to boost calcium a little, but the others are fine. I personally wouldn't target alk at 12 unless you had a clear reason.

That's awesome! Thanks! How many days should I raise cal over. I was thinking 20 ppm a day until Iget it up. TThen I'll leave it with no dose for 4 days and figure out what the use is.
