DOA Lawnmower Blenny No inverts

I recieved Order Number: marinedepotlive-35287 today and the blenny I ordered was doa and no inverts? Yellow Polyps and snails not packed nor on the package list.

Emailed sales and service and the respond with email with tracking number for UPS the box I recieved with fish only was from Fed Ex. I responded again will follow up once I hear from MD :O(

MD computers were down that is why they shipped half of my order hhhhhmmm

Store credit for "small" doa blenny which was about as large as the firefish they shipped

Both Clowns are covered in blotchy white film

Firefhis doing great really intresting fish

Half off shipping for the next order if there is one.... wow

I am sorry your was not up to expectations and clowns are not looking well. You did not mention anything about the clowns before, or I would have taken care of them too. If they are not healthy, please send as a picture and we will be glad to help you treat them and take care of it for you.
As I had stated in my e-mail we had some computer problems and did not receive the invoices from our warehouse. Because of this, we did not know what orders were complete or not until the 13th. That bug was fixed Tuesday and we hope to not find too many more with our new software.

I thought maybe it was just stress in the first post it definitely seems to be brook at this point. I would hate to lose them I am going to try and nurse them back should I send pictures of the current state?

We have had good resultes with Quick Cure from Aquarium products. I hope this helps. Good luck treating them.
