I picked up this piece from divers den and I was pretty surprised when it arrived. I called them up when it arrived and explained that I was unhappy with the piece. They refunded me without question. I'm no expert, but it looks dead. Suggestions?
What color was it suppose to be? It looks bleached but if it was brown originally then it should be fine. It looks like there is algae on it. Divers den has really good customer service if they refunded you without asking for pics.
It was supposed to be pink. The picture they took was bright white and that is how it arrived. I thought the white was cool looking so I picked it up. It is collecting algae now and I see 0 polyps.
