Brand new DOC skimmer gets no air. Anything obvious I should check before returning it? Obviously I messed with the air screw, wondering what other stupid thing I might have done or not done.
Usually they ship them without the venturi connected, check that. Also, if the tube is in too far the unit will choke on water, you really have to force it in.
