Does any SPS keepers use cheap salt?

I use Red Sea Coral Pro (1 Cup) and Instant Ocean Sea Salt (1.5 Cup) mix for a 5 gallon bucket. And it has been working fine.

Alk- 10
Ca - 400
Mg - 1350

I have never had a io batch mix to those mag levels and cal was mostly under 400ppm.. It was nice how easy and clear it mixed but I always had to add cal-mag.
I have used it along with rc on and off over the last 14 years and My notes from the last 200g batch I tried June of last year showed

Alk=10-12
Cal=350 - 400
And what I didn't like the most
Mag= 1050-1200..

Is this about Avg for others using it or is it more inline with the levels above maybe my last batch was off. Before I wouldn't really chart the levels but I've been keeping notes for the last 3 or so years and I dug these up.

i use IO for 10+ years thought of switching but have had success. I tested IO aod RC from bags not buckets and the levels were close Io had less magnesium and calcium but higher alk i almost went to rc to prevent alk swings because I do larger less frequent water changes, but I thought it out and stayed with IO and now water changes are half the amound and double the frequency

IO and RC (RC is often cheaper or the same price during local group buys) for many years. I've tried others but always came back.
