does anybody have old halide bulb?

if anybody has a old or used 250 watt metal halide bulb that is 20 k or 15 k id love to trade for something small or id give some money for them.im trying to see wich spectrum i like the best and this would be a easy way of doing so.

Scott,

Usually people take the bulbs out when the color or spectrum shifts. If you get an old bulb, chances are the color will not be the same. With that said, and from what I've read, some shifts are not really visible to our eye. Others are extremely visible. My XM 10K's went from a nice white to a yellow in no time (about a month). My old Ushio 10K's, appear, to be as white as when I put them in after 8 months burn. I'm sure you know this, just tossing it out. If you want to try Ushio 10K's SE, I have a couple. Very white and bright. Work great with a couple actinics to supplement.

I think his 10k's are single end. SE= Single end and HQI= double
