Hmmm. I wonder how a black & white would do by itself with a the ocellaris.
Good idea or bad idea?

I have just one maroon. She's mean. Very territorial. Pretty much behaved for about 6 years. She's killed all my corals, and if I have gloves on when I"m in the tank she rams me because she can't bite me. I do a lot less maintenance than I used to. Other than that she's fine alone.

I've kept 2 but my female died last year, my male over the course of a few months has doubled in size and made the change to female. She's just fine alone but she def seems happier with another clown in the tank. Last week I added a juvi B&W and she couln't wait for it to even get out of the bag. As soon as I released it the swam right for each other and were inseperable. Sadly though the B&W didn't survive and for a few days after she was very lethargic. Gets along great with my new flasher wrasse and tail-spot blenny but I'm def gonna add another clown to the mix.

My GSM pair are actually pretty peaceful, the pair never fights, the male has not grown one millimeter in over a year.

If I had a spare tank, I'd give her her own.
