Does my clown have parasites? (Pic)

I have searched over and over for

clownfish white stringy poo...blah blah.. and come up with so much stuff that my head is spinning on what this might be... I'm leaning towards prazipro but I figured I'd ask first to get more opinions.

He is only about 1 week old to me. And from how small he is, he's probably only about 6 months old. I am feeding him ocean nutrition formula one small size...

He's funny, he can hardly eat those they are so big to him. But he is eating out of my fingers..

What to do...Keep feeding him without the meds?....I'm lost here.

Anything else I should be concerned with?

Brooklynella is common with clownfish, but visible symptoms will show up on the skin if this clown has Brook. I also advocate prophylactically treating for ich. You could run the little guy thru TT in less than 2 weeks, and combine with Prazi at the onset of transfers 2 & 4 (this is what I always do).

Ok .. Thanks. Will look into the brook. He doesn't seem to be showing any signs of that at this time. Would a week be long enough for it to show?

15 days for sure. But TT is 12 days so that would be close. Subjectively I have found that local fish stores running a non-therapeutic dose of copper can mask the exhibition of parasite symptoms but that masking seems to dissipate at about 15 days.

well dang..ok..I'm keeping a close eye on him. Going with Prazi in the next or so for the internal stuff. Then, in about 10 more days we'll see if anything else develops and will report back...Thanks for all the help.
