does this wave look ok for sps ?

Can not really tell from video, I would guage my water flow by how well it moves detritus and food off the bottom. There will obviously be dead spots on the bottom however, when you feed does the food continue to move toward the acros or does it settle easily in dead spots. You really want a constant motion of water swirling food to your corals. I personally keep a powerhead toward the bottom of the tank running at full speed and another up top with pulsing action.

My rock work is in the middle and centered, so to speak. I keep a powerhead in the lower back right corner, which runs 24/7. This creates a constant swirl on the bottom along the sand bed.
I then have another 2 powerheads up higher. They are on opposite ends on a wave maker, set for a full minute that alternate. Then I have my returns hitting the glass into the corners, that creates a downstream. Sofar my small SPS GARF Bonsai is happy, and the rest of my LPS are not affected. So far so good. Hope this helps.

It's still hard to tell from your video mate but the milli looked to be getting good flow. Can you throw some food or something in the water so we can see the water movement perhaps.
A good way to find problem areas is to turkey baste all the acro bases, if you see a lot of crud fly up from the rock it's probably low flow causing settling there. For me the less stuff that comes off the rocks the more confident i am that my corals are getting plenty of flow in general.
