dog face puffer on the floor!!!

Today as i was feeding my dog face by hand like i always do i was distracted and didn't pay attention to him and he bit me i jerked my hand out instantly and he came out with my hand and fell on the carpet I freeked out but picked him up and put him back in the tank. He went back eating but you could tell he was a little rattled. my question is do you guys think he'll be all right it happened about 6 hrs ago he looks ok still begging for food like usuall just wondering

As long as you got him right back in I don't think it would really be a problem for him, he might have been a little rattled at first, but so would you if you got flung out of your house. I wouldn't worry about it too much if he is acting normal now, just check on him to make sure he stays in good condition.

...seriously, his mass is relatively less than yours. It was not that bad an impact unless he hit on his head, and fish usually land sideways.

sorry, can't help but laugh a little. i'm a bit scared of getting bit by triggers and puffers and other fish that have big front teeth. did it hurt or draw blood? sounds like the fish is ok if it's trying to still eat.

AS long as he didn't ingest air (puff up ) while out of the water you should be fine . if he is puffed up and not releasing the air
you might have to burp him .
