Last Tuesday I placed an order with Marine Depot. Had some billing issues in which MD was pretty helpful with. I was told the order was done and would go out with Tuesday at 3pm. Last thing csr told me before hanging up was "I'll call you back if we have any problems. If you dont hear from me that means your order shipped." I said "great, I need this stuff by the weekend because Ill be out of the town the following weeK." I get phone message on Wednesday at 8pm eastern time that my order had not shipped yet. I called back 5 minutes later but no one answered. I sent an email in which I got a response which said there was still a problem and you will need to replace your order. We will expedite shipping so you will have your stuff on the weekend.
I replaced the order and got an email the following morning saying the order was already being shipped ground. Apparently I was supposed to contact so and so about my replacing my order and not reorder online. Thanks for the clear dirctions. Sent them an email to cancel the whole order. Got another reply saying that part of my order was being drop shipped and would never have made it by the weekend. I replied saying "I can live without that part. What about the rest of the order?" Got a reply, "you will have to replace the order and choose overnight shipping to get your order now"
Now Ive sent 2 emails wanting to know why my money still hasnt been fully returned and yet to receive a reply.
If anyone wants a $10 credit, let me know.
