Double Check that Payed Off!!!!

Changed my filter bag today. I always double check to make sure nothing is in it. Well today I just threw it in a bucket then came back to double check a minute later. Sure enough my female flame wrasse had made its way into the overflow and made the trip to the sump and was stuck in the filter bag. Held her by the skimmer outflow for a bit and now in an acclimation box. Still showing very stressed colors but doing well!

The juv male has been hanging around the box ever since he noticed she was inside

I always have no luck when it happens to me because of the high flow
I even lose snails
Good end story
When she going back in tank?

Bummer. As you know, I'm planning on a few wrasses and really hate the idea of finding them like that :( I was going to use the BRS screen, which looks like what you have, but it seems they can squeeze through somehow - though not sure how your guy did :uhoh2:

Wrasse are just jumpers. That's why I have the screen tops. I noticed that one side was a little loose since I took the kessil gooseneck off. It had a little bit of wiggle room. So I made a new screen top tonight that fits snug as can be

Hope this was the spot they got through, and it keeps the others in the tank!
