Dr. Fosters & Smith Trip

Thought ID get this started with two weeks and some to go. Anyone getting a car pool together, multiple car pools, and/or a convoy ? I am will be attending and would chip in for gas or even drive.

Looks like the wife and I will be up there early, but several have expressed interest. I was thinking a meet time at about 8am at the Farm and Fleet on Riverside. I-90 is right there and plenty of parking to leave cars behind.
Remember it starts at 1pm. Be sure to eat before you get there, you do not want to be thinking about food while this great event is happening.

What more do you need to know...
Oct 20th 1pm at Dr Foster & Smith.
We will frag some of thier corals, hang out and see a couple Tanks that are the result of 3 years of cherry picking shipments. The car pool thing will get worked out here. We currently have 3 spots left that I will be offering to friends of the club if not taken by club members, so please get a hold of me if you can attend, and soon. Also if you did not receive an e-mail from me this evening about our up coming Frag Fest I didn't get you on the correct e-mail list and need to know.

Well, I'd like to hitch a ride with somebody, and will gladly pitch in for gas. And I promise not to be a back seat driver!

We were thinking of going up Fri AM to hopefully see the pharmacy and get some quality time w/ Kevin Cohen's tanks for some photo shooting. Then stay overnight for Sat. Not sure if we're staying till Sunday, but I'm thinking about it. It's very pretty up there and there's alot of outdoor activities.

I will also be heading up, and would like to carpool. I can use the minivan if we need more people to fit in one vehicle, or I'm willing to ride with someone and help with gas.

Tom and I are in the same town, so I'd suspect we'd go up together if possible.

I do not intend to stay overnight, as I have to take my son to a scouting event on that Sunday.

I'd be glad to join a carpool and pitch in for gas. I'll be coming up from Rochelle in a small pickup, so it makes a lot more sense for me to pool with some other people. Then again, I could probably fit a lot of people in the back--though it probably would be a bit windy.

Make sure theres room for boxes and bags, incase people are planning on buying lots of things... haha. I have a couple styro boxes if anyone wants any.

i will be going......intend on driving......son canceled so i will have extended cab truck to haul back purchases and will have room in the cab as well.....thinking about staying the night up there ?

Mike Price lives out your way, but I'm not sure what his plans are. I don't have a problem picking you up there or in Rockford. We still have some time to work out the details.
