Driver Flashing Green

Ok I am confused my Vortech connects to the Acrylic the Vortech starts turning then stops and the driver flashes green and sometimes seems to throw the Dryside off like it's kicking it. I recently did get it flashed as well as new magnets I did also try old magnets same result.

frustrated at the moment now my other vortech is doing the same thing so now I will be using a maxijet mod to provide flow in my tank. every time it needs something cost me $50-75 or a $100 sorry I love my vortech when they are working but when they are not and I have to replace them with a $30 maxijet mod I get snippy!

sorry but I am getting a little irritated I have 2 vortech $800 at least another $250 in upgrades improvements etc. I have helped sell numeres Vortech through my recommendations various post etc. I also posted this 5 days ago and I have two Vortechs I can not use. at the moment I have posted here emailed the company passed my phone number too them for easier access. right now I am forced to use a $30 Maxijet mod to provide some flow if it wasn't for that no telling what would happen to my corals. could I please get these pumps fixed

By your last e-mail I was under the impression you were sending the pumps in for service and I was waiting on them. I may have misinterpreted it but send it in to Icecap 9B South Gold Dr Hamilton NJ 08692 so we can get them repaired for you. No need to await my permission, if it needs service send it.

Sorry Dave don't know how you got that impression since last post from Ecotech was from Tim simply asking me to email service never heard back till last night. but hopefully we are back on the right track I love my vortech's when they are doing there job. I have had a frustrating week but hope fully they will be back to 100% soon.

Just Wanted to say Thanks Dave for sending the tracking info I will get the vortech boxed and ship out today. So things are back on track!

Well to be fair heard back from Icecap shipping my units back out Monday.

Received both pumps. Both wetsides are first version and well past warranty. Neither Gen 2 upgrade was installed properly. Both had the thin clear washer on the wrong side jammed in where the braring goes. No possible way this would work and caused extensive damage.
Both will need new frames, bearings, and drive shafts. The rebuild Kit is $35 each
