DSPS tank from Thailand (1000 gallon+)

Ching,

Thank you for making me loosing 3 hours at work reading this whole thread. :)

Honestly, one of the most impressive setups I've seen because well, there's bigger and I've seen bigger but this one is VERY well thought out.

I hope I can pop a visit and like someone said that would bring a bottle of wine, well, I wont be shame to do the same :

Well, the bottle aint nothing special but its one of the best , if not the best, Portuguese red wine.

This vintage ( 1999 ) costs over 350 usd here in Portugal.

So, when do I book the flight ? Do you have wine glasses ? :)

Honestly, congratulations on the tank room

Goncalo. Thank you.
This wine is too expensive for me.
Do you have something like US$30-40? That should be more than enough.:D

However, no need to bring any wine.
You guys are always welcome.

Ching,

I love your system! What I was most impressed with was the aquascaping. Now I'm thinking of a way to redo mine. Everything looks like it was thought through and planned including the little things. I'm excited as I'm sure everyone is here to watch it grow and thrive. Thank you for taking the time to give us all the details of your build and give references to your inspirations on the build. I spent the last 8 or so hours reading the build thread and got side tracked on some of your references before returning to read your build. It was not time wasted as it will help me on my next upgrade!

Thanks again and good luck with the system,
Ron

Ron. Thanks a lot.
Good luck to your new aquascaping as well.

Ching, I stopped by your store today and spoke with Tassaporn, I am here on business and discussed potentially coming by and seeing your tank. I will be outside of Bangkok until next Sunday but plan to be in Bangkok all next week. I would love to arrange a time in the evening if possible to see the tank. Of Course I will bring wine. Do you have a favorite? (red or white, Cabernais Savaignon, Merlot, Boujolais???) I have Tassaporns card and will try to arrange through him.
Shakes

Hi Shakes,

That is not my store. It is our club.
No need to bring wine.
Just come.

Amazing setup chinchai, fair play to ye!

What's the name of the coral above? Is it a type tunicate? It's just I had something very similar growing in my tank except it was black with grey tracks?

Here's what was in my tank as a hitch hiker. It spread round the tank as well? Not half as pretty :)

deepseanige. Thanks.

It is called Tiger sponge.
Yours is the same but different color.
I wish I can have some spreading in my tank.

Greetings from Argentina. Congratulation for your great proyect, Chingchai. I hope you will continue enjoing wines from my country, I suggest Catena Zapata´s wines.

Best regards.

Lucas E. Rolando

Lucas. Thanks a lot.
Yes, I love wine from Argentina.
I will try the one you suggest.
Hope it is available in BKK.

I spent 9 hours yesterday.
Move corals from old tank,
dip them with CoralRX,
place them in this tank etc.
Still not finish everything yet.

And I don't have any energy left to take pictures.
Will do it today.
