DSPS tank from Thailand (1000 gallon+)

My Mitratus butterflies couldn't make it through my QT tank.
They ate very well and then died with no reason.
However, I won't put them in my tank even they pass the QT process.
The reason is they nip on LPS.

Did you treat them with anything? Oftentimes, the Roaops butterflies shoudl be treated with prazipro hile in quarantine to eliminate intestinal worms.

Hi Chingchai can you take more photos of your candy basslets and resplendent angel please
;), when do you expect to add the candy basslets to the main display?

I will take photos soon.
Candy Basslets are already in my display tank.
They are very cute but just show off from time to time.

No, I didn't treat them with anything.
I should. Right?
Thanks for your advice.

As I mentioned, these fish seem to have a proclivity for intestinal parasites. I typically dont advocate prophylactic medication, but in this case with these fish and this medication, it is something I would do. The medication is very mild, and if the fish are eating well, it usually does them no harm.

Chingchai,

I'm just starting out reefing, and I quickly happened upon this thread. Your beautiful tank has consumed about four hours of my afternoon. I am awestruck by the work you have put into the tank - every detail thought out, each little thing in its place - truly, this is a masterpiece.

I am so inspired.

Thank you so much for detailing your journey for us to see - it means so much to me.

Sean

Sean. Thank you for your kind words.
Anything I can help you for this hobby, please let me know.

In addition to praziquantel (Prazipro), metronidazole (Flagyl) in the food will treat a broad spectrum of intestinal parasites.

Mr. Chingchai,

Thank you for a wonderful experience with your tank. I was wondering if you could please tell us what this coral's name is? I don't believe I've ever seen one of these, and with all the time I've spent on this site, that's truely saying something.

Thank you in advance,
