DSPS tank from Thailand (1000 gallon+)

Hi Ching, as you might have guessed (or not even noticed) i should have called you last month. Actually i ended up in Bangkok Hospital for over 6 days, so my time in Bangkok was to short to pay you a visit. Really really bad i couldn't see your tank but nevertheless my thoughts are with you, your tank and your family since the water was already reaching critical levels end of last month.

Sorry to hear that you had to go to hospital. Hope you are okay now.
Look forward to seeing you next time.
All the best.

Ching, Beautiful just amazing how this has gone from the ground up. Has taken me a long time to go through all your pages.

I now do have a question, i have my GoPro as well and i can never get any hand held videos to come out so smooth. so i have to assume you are using some kind of stabilizer that you put the camera on, or software of some sort? either way i would really appreciate the insight :)

Once again, amazing stuff!

MADtanks. Thank you for your kind words.
No, I didn't use any stabilizer. But I edit my video on youtube by pressing the stabilize button. It does help a lot. You should try it.

Guys. Thank you for your kind words and your concern.
I really appreciate it.
So far my house and my tank is still safe from flood.

No kidding man that's great to know thank you for the info! I hope u and your family stay safe from the flooding. We just recovered grimace nasty blizzard lost power for 4 days but my. Generator pulled through for us.

Thank you.

Well that was quite a journey for me over the past few days reading your entire thread. Very well done indeed. I actually started with Nineball's thread and figured I would start from episode 1. So... now onto the rest of episode 2.

Great tank Mr. Ching, and maybe even more importantly, great inspiration! I know you have heard it a thousand times, but I would love to see it person some day.

Ching, over all what do you think of that gopro camera. I can not believe how low the price is. I am going to try to find a local group that can help me out to get one for my classroom and field trips

H2OTight. Thank you for your kind words.
You are welcome to see my tank. Let me know when you visit Bangkok.

Yes, you can't miss Peter(nineball)'s build thread. It's the best.

I've probably said it before, but I'll say it again, your tank is amazing!! Love the latest video, it is stunning to see the sheer size of your coral colonies.

Hi Chingchai,

When you did your aquascaping, I know you mentioned:

1) EpoPutty
2) Nylon Strings

Did you use anything else? Super glue? If you did, what was it and what brand?

Thanks.
