Dumb dino question

I will be inheriting a tank that was overrun with dinos. It's empty now and I'll be cleaning it out thoroughly before it's set back up, but what's the possibility of them coming back?

I've never had to deal with them - thankfully, and I don't want to either.

Sounds kind of dumb, but just want to be sure.

If you are very concerned, a bleach rinse will kill any remaining dinos.
