Dumb Question - Calcium/Magnesium Photometer

Would the photometer linked above be useful for reef applications? I did notice it has a max Calcium measurement of 400 ppm, which is disappointing.

It only goes to 400ppm on calcium and 150ppm on magnesium. I wouldn't think that would be terribly useful for reef keeping. Hanna does make a calcium checker but it's generally not been regarded as terribly accurate.

It's designed for freshwater use. I wouldn't trust it.
