Dutch reef

jwre,
you said you started using zeo products in 95. how was your colors before hand and were you using t5s only then too?

Incredible system.

I recently had a nudibranch outbreak in my zoanthids. i started with 2 and i ended up killing over 80. i did a fresh water dip. i don't know if you can do that to sps or not.

Hi Kannin, thank you.

Fresh water dip is possible with SPS but the colony they are on is to large for my bucket :( I have choosen to go for the manual removal and wrasse/coral banded shrimp option.

i like the way you used the cellar for all of the equipment, that makes it a lot easier to do maintenance. do you use the big 500 liter tanks to increase the watervolume or is it just storage of ro/di water?

hele mooie bak!!

Dank je ! :D

The two tanks of 500 liter are part of the system. I need the extra volume to support the heavy fish population.
I have a 100 liter container for RO water ( with top off system )
and 200 liter container for water changes.

yeah even if they started as colonies, it seems clear that there has been incredible growth.

Do you have any progression shots?
