eating a cleaner shrimp???

this may be a stupid question.....but here it goes....

my friend wanted to know if anyone has ever tried eating a cleaner shrimp? is it toxic or anything? he bought 4 from aquarium concepts and plans on cooking them and eating them.

just wanted to kno if they are safe for HUMAN consumption.

It's a shrimp. I don't see why not. Tell him Ranch 99 Market sells spotted shrimp. I think they are about $17 a lbs. They will taste better than 1 cleaner shrimp : :lol:

For probably what 4 cleaner shrimp cost, he could have a nice lobster.

I just came back from sushi. 2 Ama Ebi heads and all where only $6.95. They're much bigger than cleaner shrimp.

WOW, Gulf of Mexico shrimp run 3.95 a pound here and that is for 30 to 35 shrimp a pound. How many cleaners to make a pound? 60 or so?

If you're going to spend $80 on cleaner shrimp to eat, at least tape it and get it on youtube.
