EB8 X 2 setup

I recently switched from a dual 250W ballast and now have 2 x 250W ballasts. When I added the second ballast, there seems to be some interference (feed mode wont turn off pump). I'm guessing that it may be overloaded. My question is what is the best way to use the outlets w/o overloading?

Current setup:
1-1 Blank
1-2 Blank
1-3 Heater
1-4 Halide 1
1-5 Return Pump
1-6 Skimmer
1-7 Refuge light
1-8 Halide 2

2-1 Blank
2-2 Vortec
2-3 ATO
2-4 dosing cal
2-5 chiller
2-6 UV Sterilizer
2-7 Phos reactor
2-8 dosing alk

I'd be surprised if it was interference but you could move your return pump to the second EB8 and see. Looks like outlet #1 is empty. I have 2 x 250 MH on the same EB8 and don't have any issues. I do stagger their start times by 1 minute though just to level the load on the circuit.

I actually had the second halide on 2-1. I think it overloaded that EB8. I moved it to the setup above and it's working perfectly.

Making some assumptions about your equipment based on the size of a system using 2x 250w MH lights - it doesn't seem that there is enough on that second EB-8 to being even close to overload. Plus an overload wouldn't likely make an outlet not turn off. Are you positive it wasn't a programming error?
