I was thinking about purchasing 2 multicolor 90w led setup from duece_bigalow2000 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. just wondering if anyone else has yet?

Price is really good and they used good quality led's. someone else would probably be more knowledgeable than me. the only thing i didn't like is that the red and green are on the same channel as some of the other colors and can't be dimmed independently. Also i would like to be able to ramp up and ramp down the leds throughout the day to simulate dawn to dusk and then moonlight.

The LEDs are good quality and are high bins, I am not a fan of adding green and red LEDs in my fixtures but to each his own. I have been using Cree LEDs for a few years check my Sig below. I use RB, NW, and CW with zero problems getting red or green to pop in my tank, anyone who has seen my tank I am sure would agree. If you are not wanting to make a DIY fixture those wouldn't be a bad choice.

I usually DIY most of my stuff. I have been soldering and working with electronics since the age of 10 but for the price I went ahead and bid on these. Won it at $215.00 and he was willing to give me 2 at that price So 430 delivered is pretty hard to beat. I could of built it slightly cheaper "maybe" but lately free time is hard to come by. For some reason I thought this auction was for a product made here in Oklahoma. Looks like its being drop shipped from SHATIN HONG KONG so I am not sure what to expect now.

I'm intererested now too. Didn't their website say they were built in Tulsa? Regardless, Im excited to see how it turns out. Pictures when get it set up are a must!

I bought the 120W with 3W LEDs dimmable version which that seller sells also and they work great. Nicely built and time will tell how long they will hold up. My SPS are doing great now that I have them turned down a bit.

Yeah they are BRIGHT! turning them down is a must.

I have decided that these led fixture's are worth recommending as they do fill a void for people that do not have the time/know how to build anything and like to buy something premade/ ready to go. It is very hard to achieve what you get with these even with a DIY style setup. You will have more control with a DIY setup though.. I am for anything that helps the cause of "reefing on a budget" and these definitely help with that cause.
