That's too funny, I did the same way...called to make an order, no answer hung up and with in a minute he called me back. Now since he got my money (+25 days ago)he doesn't even acknowledge my phone calls!
He finally emailed me back and gave this explanation::blown:
Kevin lets wait till after new years, if nothing shows up by 1/4/2010
We will ship you another package of 3 lamps. Please understand we don't work at the post office, and sometimes package do get delayed for numeriuos reason including customs hold up.
