eco aqualizer

im looking at the eco aqualizer.. its cheap and claims to be better than a skimmer... any thoughts, does anyone have one... is it worth getting?

Snake Oil. It is a few magnets taped to a piece of PVC. It does not do anything.

Look for my thread in the Lighting, Filtration forum about the Eco-Aqualyzer.

There's a link to a website there showing a teardown of one, and a controlled experiment that proved that the product is basically useless.

$70 bux for a few cheap magnets, some electrical tape, and a short peice of plastic pipe.

thanks all... anybody recomend a skimmer i can put in a 10 gal fuge... havent built it yet, but going to once i get a skimmer.. wanting to spend $100-150
