WATER PARAMETER UDPATES…..
WATER PARAMETER UDPATES…..
Did my weekly 10% WC and check my water params as below:
• Temperature â€"œ 25.3 degree C (light off)
• Salinity Gravity â€"œ 35ppt (Calibrated refractometer - 53ms Pinpoint Solution)
• NO3 â€"œ 0.2 (Salifert Test kit â€"œ same as last week)
• PO4 â€"œ 0.092 (D&D Test kit â€"œ drop from last week 0.25)
• dKH â€"œ 6.5 (API test kit â€"œ drop from last week 7)
• dKH â€"œ 7.0 (Elos test kit â€"œ drop from last week 8)
• Ca â€"œ 440 (Salifert test kit â€"œ up from last week 420)
• Ca â€"œ 420 (Elos test kit â€"œ same as last week)
• Mg â€"œ 1350 (Salifert test kit â€"œ up from last week 1260)
• Mg â€"œ 1350 (Elos test kit â€"œ up from last week 1150)
• Potassium â€"œ380 â€"œ 390 range (Kz Test kit â€"œ up from last week 360 â€"œ 370 range)
Happy to see my PO4 show a big drop….hopefully in coming weeks, it will continue to drop and remain there…
My Potassium level has also increases as I’ve been dosing 0.5ml K Strong every alternative day.
Meanwhile, will try to raise the dKH a little more and try to keep it between 7.5 to 8 on Elos testkit

WHAT AM I?? - Part II
I took out the ‘thing’ last night and place it in a glass but however still confuse? However, it does eliminate Answer A (Some sort of Fire Worm) Answer B (Some sort of Ribbon Worm) and Answer C (Some sort of Bristle Starfish)

And these pictures are taken with a flash….
It was wrapped around quite tightly to the coral base and I had to scrap him off and he broke into a couple of sections… (hope I got them all) in total I would estimate him to be about 10-12cm long
At this moment, the votes seem to be towards some sort of colorful tunicates or sponges!!
